The General Terms and Conditions on our website (www.ciclobuff.es) contain legal information about your rights in accordance with the regulations on distance contracts and e-commerce.

SCOPE AND CUSTOMER BASE:

To the orders placed by our customers on our website www.ciclobuff.es belonging to MATMA HIGIEN S.L. the following General Terms and Conditions apply. We do not accept conditions of the customer or third parties that differ from ours, except in cases where we have formally agreed to their validity

OFFER AND REGISTRATION:

www.ciclobuff.es is a publicly accessible online website where you can order our products.

CONTRACTING AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:

The availability of products and services on our website www.ciclobuff.es does not constitute a binding offer to enter into any contract for these services.

The purchase contract for these products is made by you as the customer when you validate the order in the final step of the order process.

Products will be shipped under the following conditions:

  • Delivery schedules are subject to product availability and receipt of payment.
  • The products will be sent by delivery courier.
  • Delivery times will be within 5-7 days in Europe and 7-9 days for the rest of the world (Except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, which are not considered working days).
  • Payments from outside the European Union are accepted.
  • Our prices and descriptions are those shown on our website, unless there is an error or it has been updated. All prices include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Prices are subject to change in the event of major fluctuations in raw materials or currency exchange rates.
  • You will be able to review all items in the ‘shopping cart’ and you will be sent a confirmation message and order summary once you have made your purchase.
  • The customer will have a specific section called ‘Account’, where they can register, indicating their personal details. Once registered, you will be able to access and modify all the information related to your user (customer data, billing and shipping address, passwords).
  • The customer will be able to take advantage of various special offers during sales periods or specific campaigns. However, these will be announced on our website and will be applicable during the relevant periods.

There are some remote areas to which we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered within the specified time. Please contact Customer Services if you are in doubt as to whether this is the case for you. You will be asked to provide a telephone number during the payment process, this information is important for the transport company to be able to contact you in case they need additional information and in order to guarantee delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address to which we will send a confirmation of your order.

The contract is finalised when CICLOBUFF accepts the order through the purchase of the products and the corresponding email explicitly confirming the formation of the purchase contract. It shall also apply if you have paid the purchase price when authorising payment.

In the event that, once payment has been made, the company is unable to fulfil your order due to lack of stock or for other related reasons, the company will of course contact you within 24 H to proceed to refund your money or choose another product (The refund period will be 15 days, as it may vary depending on the intermediary platforms handling the process).

RECEIPT OF GOODS:

Upon receipt of the order, it is important to consider the following recommendations:

  • Check that the number of packages you receive matches the number indicated on the delivery note provided by the courier.
  • Make sure that the packages are not damaged or opened.
  • If any of the above anomalies occur, do not refuse delivery, but always state on the carrier’s delivery note ‘box in poor condition, goods awaiting inspection’. Once these checks have been made and any issues noted, always sign the delivery note with your name clearly written and your NIF (Tax Identification Number).
  • It is essential to report any issues to our sales department within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the goods (after 15 days, claims for breakage, theft, etc. will not be accepted)
  • If these recommendations are not followed correctly, CICLOBUFF will not be able to act and therefore cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur. Remember that the goods are always shipped at the recipient’s risk and expense.
